01Data controller
Tensior Research is the controller of the personal data collected through the FREUD platform.
02Data collected
We collect the data needed to provide the service: identity and contact details (name, email), account data, and technical connection data.

03Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to perform the contract, manage your account, ensure security and compliance, and improve the service.
04Broker account connection
The connection to your broker is made over an API in read and execute mode. FREUD reads the balance and positions in order to operate, but has no access to withdrawals: your funds never leave your account.
Access keys are encrypted and are never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
05Recipients and processors
Data is accessible to our authorised teams and to our technical processors (hosting, payment), who are bound by the same confidentiality obligations.
06Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to give instructions on what happens to it after your death.
To exercise these rights, write to our data protection officer. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
