01Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the FREUD platform, published by Tensior Research, and of the associated services.

02Service access and account

Access requires creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

03Description of the service

FREUD is an autonomous decision-support and execution agent. It analyses market flow, proposes reasoned decisions, and can send orders to your broker account over an API connection.

The connection is read and execute only: FREUD can never initiate a withdrawal of your funds.

04Subscription, tiers and billing

Access is provided under a fixed subscription indexed on the capital entrusted to the agent, with no commission on gains. The tier is set automatically from the balance of the linked account.

05No investment advice

FREUD provides a decision-support and automated execution tool. It does not constitute personalised investment advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell within the meaning of the regulation.

06Risks and liability

Trading carries a risk of capital loss. Despite the built-in protection mechanisms, no performance and no absence of loss can be guaranteed. See the risk warning.

07Intellectual property

All elements of the platform (models, interface, the FREUD and AXON marks, content) are protected and remain the exclusive property of Tensior Research.

08Termination

The subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account area. Disconnecting the broker API immediately stops all execution.
